This DVD collection of Charley Chase films is a supplement to other Chase previously-released collections. The discs have been mastered from a combination of 35mm and 16mm source prints. The prints are generally good to very-good in quality, with a few exceptions at both extremes.
The films are accompanied by music scores composed and performed by Ben Model, David Drazin, David Knudtson, Donald Sosin and Rodney Sauer.

This DVD edition has been mastered from an analog videotape copy (probably VHS videotape) mastered from a 16mm reduction print, made worse by high disc compression to fit more than 200 minutes of content onto a single-sided DVD. The picture is coarsely rendered and occasionally looks horrible on a high-definition system.
The film is accompanied by synchronized sound effects and a music score performed on digital keyboards by Don Kinnier.
Not great but possibly the only home video edition available on DVD.
