Synopsis: [?] [From The Moving Picture World]? Peter Jenkins is the meek and servile husband of his better half. He lurks at home with her, tying the ribbon on the family cat. These fireside propensities are too much for Mrs. Jenkins. She gives him a dollar and tells him to go and be a regular man. She wants real paint. Jenks surprises her fondest hopes, but she decides that after all, the family cat acts as a good leverage.
