Synopsis: [?] [From The Moving Picture World]? Daniel Boone, soon after moving to the wilderness of Missouri, in his early pioneer days, undergoes an experience which is familiar to every school boy in the land. His son captures the Chief’s daughter; Boone’s daughters plead for her release and she is given her liberty. Soon after this the girls are captured by the Indian band. The Indian girl comes to their rescue, sets them free at night and guides them to their stockade, and then, fearing to go home, she remains there. The band attack the little stockade and are in the act of setting it on fire when the chief’s daughter proposes that Boone threaten her in sight of the band. Boone acts upon her suggestion and it accomplishes the desired effect. The hatchet is buried, the pipe of peace is smoked and another incident is passed in Boone’s romantic frontier life.
